Gochujang is a mild peppersauce, easy to make yourself, and brings out the flavor of mild ingredients like baby squid and mushrooms. This dinner combines squid and mushrooms with stirfried onions and sweet peppers.

Stirfry vegetables in grapeseed oil 8 minutes.

Make the gochujang pepper sauce: mix gochujang, soy sauce, ginger, garlic cloves, garlic scapes, and sugar.

Cut squid in bite size pieces, add gochujang pepper sauce, mix well.

Slice mushrooms, add chopped garlic scapes to mushrooms.

Add mushrooms to squid in pepper sauce, mix well.

Add to stirfry vegetables in wok at medium high heat till squid is opaque and mushrooms are cooked. Taste.

Make potato starch slurry. Stir fried dish with the potato starch slurry, cook 30 seconds, serve hot.
