Ingredients

2 cupsflour
3/4 cupcocoa powder
1 1/2 cupsugar
1 cupoil
1 cupmilk
1 cuphot water + 1 tbsp coffee
3eggs
1 tspflavor of choice
1 tspbaking soda
1 tspbaking powder
Melted chocolate

Steps

Mix flour with cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda and keep aside.

Mix sugar and oil, add egg one at a time mix well, add flavor mix then add dry ingredients and wet ingredients. Mix well to avoid lumps.

Scoop ¼ cup of batter into cup cake liners. Bake in pre heated oven for 20 minutes.
