Ingredients

20 minutes
3 people
  • 1 bowlBoiled cabbage
  • 1/2 bowlChopped onions
  • 1/2 cupRoasted besan
  • 1/4 cupRice flour
  • 2 tbsp eachRoasted cumin powder, aamchur powder
  • as per your tasteCoriander leaves and green chillis
  • as per your tasteSalt and refined oil for frying

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Firstly take boiled cabbage and all dry ingredients to make a dough. Rest it for 15 minutes

    Now our dough is ready take some oil in your plum and make them as kabab shape

    Keep this kabab in fridge for 20 minutes

  4. 4

    Now take a kadai heat with oil and fry the kabab until it gets golden brown

    Yay our cabbage kabab is ready. Serving them hot with some ketchup as per your choice
