Ingredients

80 grams★Cake flour
20 grams★Whole wheat flour
20 grams★Almond flour
1 pinch★Salt
2 tbspCanola oil (or vegetable oil or other kinds of oil)
2 tbspMaple syrup

Steps

Combine the ★ dry ingredients in a bowl, and mix.

Pour canola oil into Step 1, and mix well.

Add maple syrup, and roll into a ball.

Roll out the dough, cut out shapes with a cookie cutter, and bake in the preheated oven at 170℃ (340℉) for about 20 ~ 25 minutes while checking on it.

Cool on the baking sheet.
