For curry First take a pan put nonstick foil add ginger galric then add onions clove cinnamon black pepper Bayeaf black & green cardamom and starni & soute well after that add tomatoes and soak cashew & whole red chillies and add 1/2 cup water and cook until gravy became thick and reduce the water

Now cool down the gravy and remove Bay leaf black & green cardamom cinnamon then grind in mixture jar with cup water now take a pan add oil then add gravy red chilli powder turmeric powder salt garam masala and mix well then add fresh cream and fenugreek powder gravy is done

For stuffing take grated potatoes add all masala and mix well now make a boll and stuff inside the cheese qubes

For outer layer take grated panner add salt & cor flour add mix well now make a kofta take outer layer and put stuffed potato layer inside after that make cornflour sluury mix cornflour and water then deep kofta in sluury after that coat the kofta in bread crumbs then bake the kofta for 15-20 on 150 now serve with sehzwan rice
