Add 1/2 cup warm water in a bowl. Mix sugar and instant yeast into the water and let the yeast rest for about 5 minutes.

Add all-purpose flour salt and knead a very soft dough. Apply some oil all around the dough and let the dough ferment for about 1 hr. It will be double in size after fermentation.

Now place a wok on gas stove, add salt in the wok and place a stand, cover and preheat for 15 minutes on low to medium flame. Till then we prepare oregano butter. Add melted butter in a bowl and add 1 tbsp oregano. Mix well.

Now punch dough and divide it into 2 balls. Grease a plate with butter and place one ball. Roll with hands and make dents with fork. Apply pizza sauce all over the roti. Add all the toppings with grated cheese. Sprinkle some oregano

Place the plate on to wok and bake for 25 to 30 minutes on low to medium flame.
