  2. Alguns legumes: pimentão vermelho; pimenta, pimenta Dedo de Moça, vagem francesa, cebola roxa
  3. sal do Himalaia
  4. pimenta do Reino
  5. Azeite
  6. Creme balsâmico de Cabernet, morangos e pimenta - de preferência, caseiro
  7. Salsa, cebolinha e salsinha para decorar
  8. 1maço de aspargos frescos

    Tempere os legumes com sal do Himalaia, azeite e Aji-No-Moto. Reserve...

    Utilize uma chapa de ferro para grelhar. Primeiro os aspargos, depois que estiverem quase grelhados, coloque os outros legumes para grelhar também. Uma vez prontos, monte o prato

  3. 3

    Comece pelos aspargos e depois os legumes, volte a regar com azeite, decore com o creme de Cabernet e finalmente com sa salsinha, a cebolinha e a pimenta Dedo de Moça
