Steps

Heat butter add bay leaf,black pepper & ginger.

Then add chopped tomato & carrot to it. Add little salt & 1/4 cup water to it.

Cook for 3-4 mins, cover the lid and cook till 1 whistle.

Once the pressure releases open the lid, remove bay leaf and let it cool

Transfer to a mixer jar churn it & filter it. Add black pepper powder & sugar to it, Cream if you wish to.

Boil for 5 mins & serve hot with breadsticks or tossed bread.
