This cutlets are made using noodles. Vegetables with noodles are always a great combination. But in the form of cutlets, taste so soft inside n crispy from outside.

This cutlets are made using noodles. Vegetables with noodles are always a great combination. But in the form of cutlets, taste so soft inside n crispy from outside.
Steps

Boil noodles adding some oil drops n remove from water.Wash with cold water n drain the water.

Chop spring onion, green chillies, carrots n grate cauliflower. Boil peas n mash them n mix with veggies.

Add boiled potato and sweet corn kernels (whole n crushed)

Add Maggi noodles n all the spices, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice and sugar n coriander leaves. Mix everything well.

Add bread crumbs too in the mixture. Take small portions n coat with bread crumbs. Shape the cutlets n deep fry them. Take them out on absorbent paper.

Cutlets are ready. Serve with tomato ketchup.
