Ingredients

  • 1/2 kglauki/bottle gourd grated
  • 4 tbspgram flour
  • to taste salt and red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspcarom seeds
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • As neededoil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl add lauki,gram flour and all spices.

    Mix well.make small kofta.

    Heat oil for frying.deep fry kofta in hot oil.

    You can make vegetable of these kofta also.
