Heat oil then add garlic to it. Cook till it becomes little brown.

Then add sauces & onion to it.Cook it little then add carrot and cook on high flame.

Add salt & black pepper to it then add capsicum and cook again.

Add little water n Paneer. cook for 2mins then serve hot.
