Egg Paratha Salad Roll

Firstly we need to prepare the salad, that will be used for filling. In a bowl take carrots, tomatoes, onions.

Into this add chopped olives, herbs, salt and pepper. Mix these and keep aside.

Now take the chapati dough ball, roll it out into a thick paratha.

Heat the tawa on medium flame, cook the plain paratha by applying oil on both sides.

Once the paratha is done transfer to a plate.

Break the egg in a cup, add salt and pepper to it and beat well.

Into this beaten egg add the chopped spinach.

Now heat a nonstick pan on medium flame with 1tsp oil and pour the egg mix on it.

Place the plain paratha we prepared earlier on the raw side of the omelette and press gently. Let this cook on low flame till the egg is down completely.

Once its done flip it and place the cheese slices on them,switch off the flame. Transfer this to a plate.

Put some ketchup on it and place a generous amount of the earlier prepared salad on top.

Now carefully roll this, cut from between and serve it hot with the remaining salad.
