Louki qeema daal fry
Steps

Take a wok add oil, sliced onions, ginger garlic paste, tomatoes and qeema. Add 2 cups of water and cook until done.

When qeema is done then add lauki and boiled chana daal and all spices.

Cook on high flame till oil comes out now cover for 10 minutes on low flame.

In a fry pan add oil and brown the onions, then add cumin seeds, green chillies and coriander leaves and pour this tarka on the daal.

Tasty louki qeema daal fry is ready to serve.
