Shrimp with Mayonnaise Sauce in 1 Frying Pan

I wanted to make an easy recipe for shrimp with mayonnaise sauce, because it's my child's favorite dish. You can eat tons of veggies since there's lots of sauce!
I recommend using black tiger shrimp -- they're especially plump and delicious!

Put the shrimp, sake, and salt into a plastic bag. Rub the contents of the bag. Add flour into the bag to coat them.

Heat oil in a pan. Add the shrimp. Season with salt and pepper, then pan-fry until pink.

When the shrimp is cooked, remove pan from the heat. Add all ★ ingredients.

Mix with the shrimp. Arrange onto the vegetables and serve.

Here, I used frozen shrimp shumai dumplings instead of shrimp. I just microwaved and pan-fried them to mix with the sauce. This was even easier!
