Make balls with the dough and flatten them, roll with roller,try keep the shape in round,

Heat a tawa on high flame. When it hot enough, transfer the paratha to the tawa (Pan) add some butter or ghee on it, turn the heat on medium, flip it to other side. Gently press them. Its begins to puff up,

Flip again on other side fry well until cooked and golden brown spots appear,when it's done take it off from tawa tawaand place in serving plate or changair serve with your favourite food.
I'm serving it with half fried eggs
