Heat oil in kadai. When the kadai is hot...
Add dry red chilli, cumin seeds and mustard seeds.
Let it fry for few minutes - 2
Add chopped onion, capsicum. Add salt. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and grind paste.
Cook till the raw smell of masala goes off. - 3
No need of adding water. In oil the capsicum and masala will become tender.
When the curry is thick and the oil comes out. It means it is cooked. Now it is Ready to Serve...........................
