Boil the potatoes and peel them.. Mash them into a mixing bowl

Add grated ginger + Chopped green chillies

Add cornflour+ Chaat masala+ Raisins

Add salt+ Red chilli powder

Add boiled chana dal. Combine well with hands

Furthermore grease hand with oil and then prepare small patties(Tikki).

For frying tikkis: Heat oil in a pan, Once the oil is hot enough, Drop the patties(Tikki) carefully

Allow to fry until golden brown on both sides.Remove them in plate (and in this same way, fry all patties)

Grate radish and beetroot

Assemble aloo tikki chaat:Place patties(Tikkis) on a plate. Top with green chutney and then tamarind chutney and then add grated beetroot and grated radish+ sliced onions. Finish off with a sprinkle of Chaat masala.
