Wash Chole properly, the. Soak them in water for 10-12 hours.

Chop Ginger & Green Chillies in slices.

After 10-12 hours, drain out all the water from chole.

Now take a pressure cooker, add drained Chole in it with 1 Teaspoon Salt, 1/ Teaspoon Baking Powder & Khade Masale in it & close the lid.

Now give 5-6 whistles on medium flame.

After 5-6 whistles, turn off the flame & let the pressure cooker depressurise naturally.

Meanwhile, take a iron kadhai, add 1 Big Spoon Oil in it & keep the gas on medium flame.

When oil gets heated up, add 1 Teaspoon Jeera & 1 Pinch Hing in it & let them sizzle.

Then add 1 Teaspoon Jeera Powder in it & roast them for 1 minute.

After 1 minute, add spices mix in it & roast them for 2-3 minutes.

Now after some time, open the lid & remove all Khade Masale from it & transfer them in kadhai.

Now add sliced ginger & green chillies in it & cook them for 5-6 minutes.
