Tea is loved by everyone all over the world. Our mornings are incomplete without a cup of hot tea. Love for a cup of tea is common though the techniques of preparing tea defer from country to country and person to person.
India is famous for masala tea. We use different kind of spices like ginger, mint or dry tea spice according to our taste. To prepare tea spice at home is very easy and homemade tea spice is really strong. We can adjust the amount of spices according to our preference. This tea spice can be stored in an airtight container or in a ziploc bag in the freezer for a few months.
