Ingredients

100 gbroccoli
1/2 tbspextra virgin olive oil
20 grocket
1-2 tbsplemon Juice
Zest of 1/2 lemon

Steps

Preheat oven to 200C.

Toss the broccoli in the oil.

Lay the broccoli in one layer in a roasting tin. Season.

Roast for about 5 mins. Turn the broccoli over. Then roast for another 4-5 mins until tender.

Put on a serving dish. Toss with the rocket and lemon juice. Sprinkle with lemon zest. Enjoy 😋
