Creamy Cashew Chicken

Take a mixing bowl, add chicken pcs & all the given ingredients of first Marination, mix it well. Keep it in the fridge for an hour.

Now take out chicken from the fridge, add all the given ingredients of second marination, mix it well, keep it again in the fridge for an hour.

Take a pan, add lil water.

Cut 3 med sized onion into thick pcs, add in the water, boil it till layers aur separated.

Cool onions, grind it to a fine paste, keep aside.

Take a wok or pan, add 2 tbsp oil, heat it.

Add marinated chicken, stir fry it for a while.

Lower the flame now, cover it with the lid, cook it until a lil tender & light brown.

Take another pan, add oil & butter, heat it.

Add whole garam masala, sauté it for a sec.

Now add onion paste, stir fry it till rawness is released.

Now add khoya or milk, stir fry it for a while.

Add salt & green chilli paste, add lil water if needed, stir fry it for a while.

Add kaju paste, stir it nicely, add lil water, cook it till it becomes creamy.

Now open the lid of chicken, add kaju masala, keep the flame low. Mix it well.

Add garam masala powder & kasoori methi, stir fry it for a while.

Now add fresh cream, give a stir. Cover it with the lid, cook it at low flame till dry.

Stop the flame now, take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with chopped dhania patta.

Have it with Roti, Nan or Paratha.
