Gajar ko kadokash kar ke side kar dein Ab 2 tbsp ghee dal kar garam krein aur gajar dal kar bhon lein pani dry hone take pakain

Phir 1 cup milk add krein 1 cup sugar add krein aur jab take gajar gal nahi jati aur milk dry nahi ho jata us waqt take pakain

Jab gajar gal jaye aur dry ho jaye tu milk powder aur balai dal kar ache sy bhon lein bilkul dry kar lein aur flem off kar ke side kar dein

Ab rabri ki taiyari krein jo 3 cup milk bacha tha us ko ek pan main dal kar etna pakain ke milk 1 cup reh jaye

Jab milk 1 cup reh jaye tu khoya add krein 1/2 cup sugar add kar ke pakain jab rabri thick hone lage tu flem off kar dein

Ab ek mold main gajar dalein aur press kar ke set krein phir is ke oper rabri ki layer laga kar set krein oper badam piste sy garnishing kar dein

1 ghante ke liye fridge main set hone ke liye rakh dein phir cutting kar ke serve krein
