Add little salt to Chopped Cucumber. Keep it aside for 10 minutes. Squeeze it and remove water from it.

Add Chopped Cucumber to hung curd or sour cream and mix it properly.

Add Chopped Mint leaves, Suva bhaji(Dill Leaves) to curd. Mix properly

Add salt, black pepper powder, grated garlic, olive oil, lemon juice and mix it properly

Mix properly. Let it rest for 1 hour in fridge. Garnish with Dill leaves and Peri Peri Masala

Serve with Saute Vegetables or Salad and Pita Bread
