Collect all the ingredients. Chopped the onion and coriander leaves.

In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients.

Gradually add the water and make flowing but thick batter.

Heat tawa. Pour one big spoon batter. Spread it. Apply oil on both the sides. cook until it becomes golden brown and crispy from both the sides.

Transfer it in a serving plate. Serve with sauce.
