Steps

Remove the stem from the green peppers and cut into chunks.

Heat up the frying pan and put in the shirasu. Dry-fry on medium heat, remove and set aside.

Pour the sesame oil into Step 2. Cook the peppers and when they become tender, add the shirasu from Step 2. Add the ★ ingredients and then cook in the frying pan.

Lastly, add the bonito flakes and quickly stir-fry as they mix in. Arrange on a plate and optionally top with white sesame seeds and shichimi spice.
