Sesame Sauce For Tonkatsu
I had this sauce at a tonkatsu restaurant 15 years ago.
If you're using a mini mortar to grind the sesame seeds, you could directly pour the sauce in.

Grind the toasted sesame seeds in a mortar. Put the ground sesame seeds into a dish, add the sauce, and mix together. Arrange the tonkatsu on a dish and garnish with mustard. Pour the sauce on top.
