Wash and keep the mutton ready. Mix the mutton with a spoon of oil, salt and turmeric powder. Leave it aside for 15 minutes.

Grind onion, tomato, ginger garlic clove cinnamon and green chillies to a fine paste

Pour oil in a pressure cooker. Put the marinated mutton and fry for a minute.

Add the paste and fry nicely. Add all the other ingredients and pressure cook for 6_7 whistles.

Open the cooker when the steam settles down.

Stir and fry for five minutes in low flame.
Turn off the flame and mutton chops is ready to serve - 7
Mutton chops taste good with curd rice, lemon rice, chapati and dosai
