Be ready with all the ingredients.

Mix the boiled potatoes, Kasuri methi, dried curry leaves powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, salt, and chopped green chilies.

Mix well and now add suji. Mix well. Add some oil and prepare a smooth dough.

Rest the dough for 15 minutes. Be ready with all the stuffing.

Take a small portion from the dough.

With the help of a rolling pin, roll out a semi-thick chapati. Cut the edges and make it rectangular in shape.

Spread some capsicum, onions and grated cheese over half of the rectangle. Sprinkle little salt.

Apply some water on the edges and cover the plain part over the stuffed part. Seal it properly.

On a non-stick an spread some oil, and toast it from both sides on medium flame till crispy and golden.

Once done cut it into 2 diagonally. Serve with tomato sauce and coriander chutney
