Steps

Cut Tomato into half,scoop the pulp.

Roast the ingredients for a few minutes till the aroma comes and grind everything into a fine paste by adding jaggery and little salt.

Stuff the grinded paste in the tomatoes

In a pan add oil when it is hot add cumin seeds, when it changes its colour add ginger garlic paste,onion. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt.

Add the stuffed tomatoes and cover the lid.

Cook for 15 minutes and switch off the flame. Finally garnish with Coarinder leaves. Goes well with rotis, Pulao.
