150 gflour
100 mlmilk
100 mlyoghurt
1egg
25 gmelted butter
2tea spoons baking powder
1 tea spoonvanilla extract
Pinchsalt

Mix the dry ingredients

Add everything else and mix together, it’s going to be quite a thick mixture

Butter the pan and use a spoon to scoop in blobs of mixture..

Flip when they are golden brown and repeat
