Firstly take a white chocolate slab and shread it. Then in a bowl add half cup of shredded white chocolate compound. Use double-boiler method & melt the chocolate. You can even microwave it for about 40 seconds and melt it.

Now take a chocolate mould and pour half tsp in each compartment. Turn it around so that it gets spread in the given shapes evenly. Now keep this in the freezer for about 10 mins. Remove it and add 1/4th tsp of gulkand in each sections & pour the rest of the mould by covering it with white chocolate. Gently tap the mould twice.

Now again keep it inside the freezer for 10 mins. more. Then remove it and gently demould it. Your gulkand chocolates are now ready to serve.
