Steps

Wash & boil green chana add a pinch of salt for 3 min & grind it smooth.

Take a bowl add bread crumbs & chana dough mix Mirchi coriander powder amchur powder.

Leave it another step paneer grate or mashed add cornflour & some salt make tiny balls.

Take some chana material flat it on your hand put paneer ball in it roll it & make a big ball shape.

Wrape it into Maida & do deep fry now prepare masala roughly chopped onion garlic ginger.

Tomato & Kaju roast in a pan add less oil after 3 to 4 mins leave it for cool down.

Grind it & roast it in a pan add all Masala as we do generally.

After proper cooked add some water & boil it on the low flame when curry drops oil.

Mix in mashed malai or cream gram masala Kasuri methi balls cut with pizza cutter & put in the.

We can use palak leaves in the place of green chana.

Gravy decorates it with fresh coriander leaves it's ready to eat.
