For gravy: take a kadhai or pan add 2 spoon butter or ghee add Chopped Onion, Chopped tomatoes, Ginger, Garlic, Cashew cook for 5 to 7 min on medium flame then put the mixture in a mixing jar and make a smooth paste.

Afterwards take a kadhai add oil and heat on medium flame then put capsicum cut into cube and deep fry for 2 minutes then put onion cut into cube and deep fry for 2 minutes and keep aside.

Now again take a kadhai add 2 spoon butter or any cooking oil heat for 2 mins then add cumin seeds heat for 2 min then add cardamom,cinnamon, bay leaves heat for 2 mins.

After put gravy paste into it cook for 5 min till oil retain over surface.

Afterwards put all the Masala cumin powder, Coriander powder, turmeric powder,red chili powder mix well and cook for 5 minutes.

Afterwards add Cottage Paneer,Deep fry Calcium,Onion add 1 cup water salt to taste and cook for 5 to 7 minutes.

Afterwards garnish with fresh coriander and serve it hot to the player with roti puri Naan or rice,Your Delicious Kadhai Paneer is Ready to Enjoy 😉
