Truck chai or Truck adday wali chai is a very strong tea. Mostly truck or bus drivers they drive for long routes, this is a traditional tea. With very strong flavour. That's why it has sufficient amount of caffeine which helps for working in the night without feeling sleepy, most of the driver's hotel offer this because it is the most demanding chai .

3 teaspoonloose tea or 3,4 tea bags
1 cupwater
2 cupmilk
Sugar to taste

Add water and sugar in pan, let simmer it until boil. Let boil 1 minute

Add tea leaves or tea bags and simmer 2,3 minutes.

Then add milk and slowly return to boil,remove form heat until it settles, place back on heat and allow it to come to the boil again. Repeat it 4,5times

Remove the chai from the heat, strain and serve hot
