Ingredients

50 minutes
  1. 2 sticksbutter softened (room temperature)
  2. 1 1/2 cuphoney
  3. 1/2 cupwhite sugar
  4. 1 tbspvanilla extract
  5. 5large eggs room temperature
  6. 2 1/2 cupsall-purpose flour
  7. 1 tspbaking powder
  8. 1/4 tspsalt
  9. 1/2 cupchocolate chips (optional)

Steps

50 minutes
  1. 1

    Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. 2

    Cream room temperature butter with honey and white sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla and blend.

    Next add flour, baking powder and salt and combine until mixture is smooth and creamy looking. Add chocolate chips if desired.

    Pour batter into bundt pan and bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

    Remove cake from bundt pan and cool on wire rack. I added a glaze to it as well. Once it cooled down. Which is almond milk and powdered sugar.

I get to share my recipes with others.8. Making memories.9. It's a continuous learning process.10. Cheaper than eating out.11. It saves the expenses.12. Makes me a happier person.13. Boosts my confidence.14. It's fun to mess with different ingredients.15. Makes me more creative.16. Getting those praises and comments makes it all worth it.17. I'm half Italian and Irish. Girl, you know it is lol. I added some glaze to it as well. Which is almond milk and powdered sugar.
