To make garlic chutney
Take motar and pastel and add in garlic and red chilli powder and crush it roughly. - 2
Then take a big Kadai add puffed rice/mamra.
Roast properly till crispy. - 3
Then take another Kadai and add oil and roughly crushed garlic chutney asafoetida and close the flame.

Saute it properly and switch on the flame and add turmeric powder salt as per taste and roasted puffed rice.

Stir properly and add besan sev.
Mix everything well and serve
