Ingredients

1 1/2 ish hours
Multiple people
  • 1 cupor 128 grams of of shorting
  • 1 1/4 cupsor 160 grams of sugar
  • 1/4 cupsor 32 grams of brown sugar
  • 3eggs
  • 3 cupsor 384 grams of flour
  • 1 teaspoonor 5 grams of salt
  • 1 teaspoonor 5 grams of baking SODA
  • 1 teaspoonor 5 grams of vanilla
  • 12 ozchocolate chips

Steps

1 1/2 ish hours
  1. 1

    Pre heat the oven to 350 degrees, then mix all of the wet ingredients together in a kitchen aid or with a hand mixer

  2. 2

    Slowly mix in sugar, brown sugar, and then the flour

  3. 3

    Now add the salt, baking soda, and chocolate chips

  4. 4

    Roll into dough balls and place on a greased baking sheet or put on parchment paper

  5. 5

    Put in oven for about 12 minutes or until desiered crispness
