Its the simple yet elegent, a very tasty dish you can make at home with simple onion tomato gravy.

Take a pan fill it with water and let it boil.

Now add the soya chaap and let it cook for 10 mins.

After 10 mins remove it and cut it into small pieces.

Tqke a wok and add oil in it.

Now put jeera and let it sprinkle.

Its turn to add onions in it and wait till it get browned.

Add tomatoes and all other spices in it.

Cook it for 3-4mins or till all the oil starts dispersing from it. After that add ginger-garlic paste in it.

Cook it for another 1 min and add the chaap pieces.

Cook it with the masalas for 8-10mins.

Then add 2 cup of water and cook it for 5 mins. Add chopped coriander leaves. Mix well.

Your tomato chaap gravy is ready to serve. Serve it with naan, roti, puri or paratha.
