Steps

Boil the milk add Elaichi powder and kesar.Add sugar too. During this time sauté makhana in ghee. And when cool down grind them Coarsely and keep aside.

Now add makhana in boiling milk and cook for sometime. Add gulkand and keep it in the fridge.

Serve chilled with makhana and pistachios.
