Now into grinder goes the roasted coconut, almond powder, brown onions n elaichi pulse into fine paste by adding water.

Whisk the curd nicely to remove lumps. Take oil in cooker add onion brown, ginger garlic paste, mutton piece red chilli powder, haldi powder, dhaniya powder, salt and kashmiri mirch mix add half cup water close the lid. Tlcook for 15 to 20 min or till 6 to 7 whistle till the meat gets tender.

Now open the lid and cook on low flame. Now add the saffron milk a d cook for 2 min it's ready.yku may have it parathas, roti or rice.
