Steps

Clean the pieces of fish. Marinate with salt and turmeric powder. Fry it in mustard oil and keep aside.

Make onion paste, tomato paste,ginger- chilli-cashew paste.

Add some oil. Add bay leaf, onion paste and fry till golden brown.

Add tomato paste and mix well.

Add the ginger-chilli-cashew paste and mix well. Add little amount of water.

Add curd,turmeric powder, salt,sugar and mix it well.

Add the fried fishes.

Add the raisin and some water.

When the gravy becomes thicker add ghee and garam masala powder. Turn the gas off.

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve it hot with rice.
