Steps

Take both flour.. in lukewarm milk add yeast and sugar cover it & put aside for 15 minutes

Now add 1 tbsp oil & salt in flour mix well and add milk yeast and sugar mixture

Knead the dough by adding required water and put in a vessel cover it tight and leave in warm place for 2 hours

Now again knead dough for two minutes and make equal size balls and place in greased non-stick pan. Leave for again 15 minutes in covered pan

Now preheat iron tawa for 10 minutes and place that pan on it let it cook for 15 minutes on slow flame

Now flip the buns & let it cook for 5 minutes on another side.. let it cool & it's ready to serve
