Firstly wash sabudana 2-3 times, add enough water just to immerse sabudana, and let it soak for at least 2-3 hours.

Keep a wok on a medium flame add oil heat up add mustard seeds cumin seeds chopped potato, green chilies, curry leaves saute for 2 minutes, close the lid for two minutes let potato get cooked, then add soaked and drained sabudana, add salt, turmeric powder give it a good mix...close the lid jus cook for 10 minutes, check and make sure sabudana is cooked, if not cooked cook some more time.

Do not overcook else it will become like a lump. Add lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves and crushed groundnuts.. give it a good mix. Serve hot.!
