Rice, lentils and chana (gram)dal are crush together till roughly powder and remove in mixing bowl. Than adda buttermilk and some water slowly and mixed like smooth paste. Keép a side batter 5 hours for fermentation

Boiling 2 glass of water in big kadai on medium flame and put in the small ring. Add the salt, soda, chilli ginger paste, 1 teaspoon oil in the batter and stiring gently. Pour the batter into greased mould. Mould is put on the ring of boiling water. Covered kadai and steam dhokla till 15 minute. Switch off the flame.

Heat the oil in pan. Add a musterd seeds, cumin seeds, sesame seeds, hing. When mustard seeds crackers add dhokla pieces & tossed gently. Switch off gas.

. Arrange a dhokla pieces in serving plate and spread above 2 tablespoon sweet Chutney, Sprinkle 1 teaspoon green chutney and garnish with sev, coriander leaves, gratedcoconut, cashew, kishmish. A delicious, tasty, healthy Shahi Amiri Dhokla ready for serve.
