Saute cumin sheeds for potato filling:- Put a pan on medium flame and add 2 tablespoon oil in it.once the oil is hot enough & cumin seeds and allow theam to crackle

Then we will add whole coriander seeds, ginger & green chili & saute for a minute and then add chopped cashews and raisins, peanuts if you like them, boiled and mashed potatoes, cumin powder, red chilli powder, salt as requirment, kasoori methi leaves and then mix well and saute for 2 mins.now our stuffing is ready

We will take a mixing bowl and combine all-purpose floor along with carom seeds and salt & we will add ghee & we will start kneading by adding a small amount of water at a time
Then we will add water gradually. And cover the dough with a damp muslin cloth and keep aside for about half an hour - 4
And roll out few small size bolls from the dough. flatten them further with the help of your plams and the with a rolling pins.and give theam round shape and cut in half.now dip your hends in water and fold the edges of the semi circles in order to given it a cone shape

The we are filling with the help of spoonand stuff itin the cone.seal the ends properly by pressing the edges lightly with the help of fingers then heat oil in a pan & deep fry the samosa on low heat until they turn golden brown and crispy.now samosas is ready..serve with the tomato ketchup
