Soak moong dal overnight..

Wash with clean water.

Grind it in smooth paste.Add salt chilli paste & palak puree.

In appam pan grease d pan with oil n put 1tbsp of moong dal batter.n roast it. till it golden brown.now turn d other side n do same.

Soak vada in buttermilk
squeeze all vadas. - 6
For serving.
Take vada in plate.Top it with curd..khajoor chutney,cumin powder,chilli powdee,salt n garnish with coriander leaves. pomegranate seeds. serve chill.
