Ingredients

  • 1 cupBajra flour
  • 1/8 cup water
  • to tastesalt
  • 2 tbspghee
  • 2 tbspjaggery

Steps

  1. 1

    In a plate take Bajra flour, add salt and water and knead it into a nice dough.

    Roll the Bajra dough into a semi thick roti & roast it on tawa using ghee.

    Serve hot with jaggery.
