Heat a pressure cooker add chicken pieces,ginger, green chilli, clove,cinnamon,1/2tsp pepper powder,salt,1/4 cup water and cook till 4 whistles. Once the pressure settles down, shred the chicken pieces into small pieces and remove the bones if any and keep aside.

Heat a pan add 2tbsp coconut oil,tip in fennel seeds when aroma floats add sliced onions and fry till translucent, now add shredded chicken and saute for 3-4 mins then add lime juice and saute for 1 minute, later add pepper powder and mix thoroughly,Now add curry leaves, check for salt and close with a lid and cook on low flame for 8-10 mins,in between open the lid and saute so that it doesnt get burnt and stick to the bottom but I love this dish a bit charred and it tastes better

You can add a dash of soya sauce instead of lime juice as it enhances its flavor to another level.
