Slice the chicken breasts into thin strips.

Place the chicken in a pan over medium heat until it changes color. Then add a little oil, salt, black pepper, ground cardamom, lemon zest, and shawarma spice mix. Cook until the chicken is done.

Take sandwich bread or tortillas, spread mayonnaise on them, then add the cooked chicken. Add a few French fries on top if you like (optional).

Top with thinly sliced pickled cucumbers, thin lemon slices, and hot sauce if desired.

Press the sandwich on a grill or place it in a baking pan brushed with a little oil. Heat until golden on one side, then flip to brown the other side.
