Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1 tbspolive oil
  2. 2 tbspmaple syrup
  3. 1 tspthyme
  4. 1 tspcumin
  5. 2 tspred wine vinegar
  6. 1sweet potato
  7. 1red onion
  8. 4sausages
  9. 1eating apple

Steps

60 minutes
  1. 1

    Oven 200°c

  2. 2

    Mix oil, maple syrup, thyme, cumin and vinegar.

  3. 3

    Chop potato and add to oil mix. Spread over a roasting dish and cook for 15 minutes

  4. 4

    Add sausages and apple slices and cook for 25 minutes.

  5. 5

    Add red onion slices and cook for a final 20 minutes
